It is important to have some basic information on all staff in the salon such as an emergency contact and thier known allergies. We created this asset for that and we included chemical reaction sheets to go with your staff contact card. These sheets were designed for salon safety officers, staff, and management to observe and track toxic reactions & symptoms of individual staff in an effort to help them mitigate and eliminate the hazards, as well as giving the staff member a record of their reactions with hazardous products for their health care providers. 
 
No personal information such as SIN/ssn # or anything the stylist wouldn't want shared should be noted in these assets, as the binder is always present in salon, and salon staff and government officials have access to safety binder materials. It is not confidential, the salon staff do however have a reasonable right to keep this information inconspicious to clients.
